How We Fulfil Orders

Lumora operates as an online retail store. We partner with trusted suppliers who ship products directly to you from their warehouses. This allows us to offer a wide range of quality lighting without holding stock ourselves. As a result, delivery times are longer than domestic shipping — all estimated timeframes are listed below.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Our products are shipped directly from our supplier warehouses. Please allow the following estimated timeframes from dispatch:

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Returns

We want you to love your Lumora purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for change of mind
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
• To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@lumora.com with your order number and reason for return

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
